Photographer Cecilie Bodker took nude photos of her with the intention of making her a sexual being instead of an object. The series were released alongside an essay Emma wrote about her experience with "revenge porn and objectification" in hopes to help others in similar situations. A 2013 survey revealed Emma's situation is not uncommon, 60% of "ex-partners" have released intimate photographs in the act of revenge.
